2005-2008 Dodge Magnum/laturi SXT/SE
The installation of the exhaust gas system installation manual for 2005-2008 Dodge Magnum/charger SXT/SE
Exhaust system removal:
1. Unbolt clamps as shown in Figure 1 on the rear of the catalytic converters.
2. Unbolt and remove the center support Bar figure 2 y-pipe to the rear.
3. remove the ground strap as shown in Figure 3 is located in the rear muffler Assembly.
4. lubricate the hangers and rubber isolators.
5. use a silencer on the stand or an additional person to keep in place, remove the exhaust system hangers with rubber isolators, and remove as shown in Figure 4 of the vehicle exhaust system.
The exhaust gas of the installation:
1. Insert the clamp to the end of the Y pipe extended package and set it into place. Do not overtighten the fasteners.
2. using the original hardware, install the center support, too.
3. Insert the clamp in the front of the head of the Assembly extended the silencer and set it into place. Do not tighten the clamp.
4. place the clamp on the end of the extended rear muffler Assembly and set it in place, be sure to install the hangers with rubber isolators.
5. attach the ground strap onto the hanger, which is located in the front of the rear muffler.
