2006 GMC Yukon Denali exhaust system installation guide
Repair manual for 2006 GMC Yukon Denali. Exhaust installation
1. using the hardware involved, the place of both the right and left in front of the tubes in place such as Figure 4 make sure to set the hanger in the right tube the rubber isolator. Tighten the hardware now.
2. Insert the ends of the clamp expanded muffler Assembly and set it into place as shown in the figure. Do not overtighten the fasteners.
3. Insert the ends of the clamp expanded exhaust pipe Assembly and set it into place as shown in Figure 6, make sure to install the hangers with rubber isolators. Do not overtighten the fasteners.
4. check the exhaust system security log file under the vehicle and top alignment.
5. when the drive is configured correctly, tighten the clamps to the Ac-cuseal 32-35 ft. lbs. tighten the flange in front of 18-22 FT. lbs.
